Deputy Minister Bajdevski Addressed the Attendees on the 30th Trade Union School of ALBCA Trade Union

Deputy Minister of Information Society and Administration, Aleksandar Bajdevski and the MISA Advisor, BIljana Zhagar, participated in the 30th Trade Union School of the ALBCA Trade Union.
The event included discussions on what would amendments to the Law on Administrative Servants (LAS) produce, as well as on the Law on Public Sector Employees (LPSA), and the proposed Law on Senior Civil Service (LSCS).
As stressed by Deputy Minister Bajdevski, who also acts as Head of the Public Administration Reform Secretariat, overcoming problematic aspects of the current legal solutions is and will be a result of a broad consultative process and inclusion of all stakeholders, directly monitored by civil society organizations and by the international community.
He continued with providing information of MISA's future steps, i.e. that preparation would take place of a proposal to a Law Amending the Law on Administrative Servants and a Law Amending the Law on Public Sector Employees, which should be delivered to the Government in June, and adopted by the Parliament by September of the current year the latest.
