HRMIS (Human Resource Management Information System)

The Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) aims to increase efficiency in human resource management and the quality of work of public institutions. The Human Resource Management Information System would provide:

  • precise Register of Public Sector Employees,
  • automatization of human resource management processes,
  • improved work efficiency by decrease in data processing time,
  • statistical records at institutional and at public sector level,
  • delivery of accurate, timely and up-to-date information on employees,
  • reduction of costs related to management of employees, preparation of payrolls, planning and promotion of development of staff-members.

In addition, HRMIS keeps employees' personal records, calculates salaries and manages track-records. The Human Resource Management Information System is organized in four main modules, as follows:

  • personal records,
  • management of track-records,
  • calculation of salaries, and
  • reports.

These modules include processes that would manage the type of institutions, the organizational structure of institutuions, job positions within institutions, employees' personal records, calculation of employees' salaries, measurement of employees' track records, various types of searches, development of reports and system administration. To comply with deadlines stipulated under Articles 18, 19 and 20 of the Law on Public Sector Employees ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia“ 27/14 and 199/14), institutions must provide and insert data. The procedure for utilization of the system is as follows: 1. Institutions authorize persons to enter data into the system, by means of delivery of filled forms. The following form should be used for activation, switch and deactivation of users. - The form is filled with mandatory data, signed and registered by a institution manager, forwarded to the minister of information society and administration, and could also be scanned and sent via the designated e-mail: hrmis@mioa.gov.mk - New users will receive a system e-mail containing their username and passwords to access the system and to report problems. - Frequently asked questions are available in the FAQ link below.
