The system for submitting electronic applications, complaints and proposals is underway

Republic of North Macedonia remains determined on the path of fast digitalization and increased application of digital solutions, electronic services.

We will soon introduce a new digital channel for citizens, which will allow the citizens to report at any time, online, a problem or complaint related to a public institution, as well as to report a problem during the procedure for obtaining a specific public administration service.

This system will improve the transparency in view of the actions taken by state administration bodies, so that the communication and the process of handling the procedures will be available to the citizens and legal entities in order to create "positive pressure" to overcome the problems.

We will use all the necessary mechanisms in order to contribute to efficiency improvement of public administration, which operates fully in the service of the citizens.
