The Ministry of Information Society and Administration is actively and efficiently working on the development of new legal solutions.
"So far, we have published three draft versions of several laws, including: the Law on Public Sector Employees and the Law on Administrative Servants, which refer to the status of public sector employees and administrative servants. These laws were published in the Single National Electronic Register (ENER) in September this year," said Minister of Information Society and Administration, Admirim Aliti.
The proposed legal solutions are the result of a broad consultation process and are aimed at professionalizing the administration, establishing a merit based system, greater efficiency and effectiveness.
