Digital public services are facilitation for citizens, and therefore MISA is dedicated to increasing and providing the most efficient and useful e-services therein.
"One Point of Services" centers provide to citizens all services presented in the National E-Services Portal, while administrative officers are here to help them overcome difficulties in applying for certain documents.
We are working on new services and strive to include as many institutions as possible on this platform, and it is worth noting that during the past months many important services have been added such as: services for passports, ID cards, driving licenses, etc. Meanwhile, other institutions, such as the Ministry of Culture, have marketed their services on this platform.
