The Minister of Information Society and Administration, Jeton Shaqiri, met with the ambassador of the Republic of Albania, H..E. Mr. Fatos Reka.

The meeting included discussions on continuation and promotion of the cooperation, with particular focus on digitalization and public administration reform.

The Ministry of Information Society and Administration and Foundation Metamorphosis organized 2 two-day online open data trainings, as part of the USAID civic participation project.

Open data officers and persons working in the field of open data from 22 institutions attended the trainings, held from 31st August to 3rd September 2020.

Today's meeting with the president of the Individual Education, Science and Culture Trade Union - ESCTU, mr. Jakim Nedelkov and the president of the Confederation of Free Trade Unions - CFTU, mr. Blagoja Ralpovski, included disccusions on issues and problems concerning public administration, as well as on creation of more favorable working conditions.

At today's press conference, the Minister of Information Society and Administration, Damjan Manchevski, introduced the new Law on Inspection Supervision adopted on the last Government session.

Today, the President of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, Zoran Zaev, and the Minister of Information Technology and Administration, Damjan Manchevski, announced the onset of the "Single Point of Services" project, which would provide a single access point to various services from many ministries and state institutions and, in turn, significantly reduce the amount of waiting time of citizens in the process of receiving services and contribute to creation of public administration as true service for citizens.
